David is a results-driven, 25+ year business leader with strong electrical utility experience in testing and commissioning, engineering (including substations, transmission and distribution), construction, and renewables (wind, solar):

• Began career as a degreed electrical engineer performing field testing and commissioning

• Co-founded/built an industry leading EPC firm specializing in medium to high voltage electrical power systems which grew to 150+ staff in 7 offices

• Specialties include all aspects of Operations: Finance/ P&L ownership, Procurement, Contract Management, Project Management, Strategic Planning, Client Relations, Business Development

Steve is a phenomenal Field Engineer with over 10 years of experience in substation design, protection and controls, and project leadership. Beginning his career working on substation design projects and commissioning efforts for Central Maine Power Co., Bangor Hydro Electric Co., Baltimore Gas & Electric and other utilities, he grew into a highly respected Lead Testing & Commissioning Engineer/ Test Technician in the Mid-Atlantic. Steve actively leads projects by reviewing control schematics, AC/DC wiring diagrams, client design specifications to reviewing outage conditions, coordinating resources and diving into the execution plan/schedule with an emphasis on identifying critical hazards and overall constructability.
